Lynn Valley Centre welcomes non-profit and charitable organizations to the mall for fundraising purposes. To request space, please fax or mail a detailed letter outlining your organization, purpose of being at Lynn Valley Centre, a first choice and second choice of dates you wish to come, and your requirements such as a table, chairs, or electrical power. Your letter must be on organization letterhead and please include your charity’s number if applicable.

All requests must be in writing in letter form. Emails are not accepted. A contract and certificate of insurance are required. Please allow a minimum of TWO weeks advance notice for any mall bookings. A contract and insurance are required.

Lynn Valley Centre is committed to helping the community be a better place to live and work for everyone, including animals!  We continually support many organizations through the year by providing space in the centre for fundraising efforts and for them to generate awareness about their organization or non-profit society.

There are several charities that Lynn Valley Centre supports including the North Shore Black Bear Society, the District of North Vancouver Fire & Rescue, and children's clubs such as Girl Guides and Scouts Canada.

Additionally, Lynn Valley Centre works with several North Shore Rotary Clubs and regional medical branches.
